Julie teaches HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), circuit/weight training, sports cardio and alignment-based Vinyasa yoga to all levels. In addition to fitness and yoga instruction, she provides her clients with nutrition guidance, meal plans, and over 350 signature pescatarian recipes (primarily plant-based with some fish). Julie’s range of clients is extensive including those who just want to be healthier, stronger, and leaner, to those with autoimmune disease, clinical depression, and sports injuries.


I practiced yoga with Julie throughout my first pregnancy. Her techniques are challenging yet accommodating to each individual’s goals. She is truly a master of her craft and I highly recommend working with her.
