    Hi Julie, thank you. I completed ISHTA TY April 2002. We have never met but I feel as if we have through your videos. I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery and the 15 min video’s are wonderful.

    Hello Julie, ur video is really awesome. I’m interested in yoga, so I will start practicing it :) I have a question for u, if we do extra exercise, should we do it before doing this yoga routine or after it ?
