This is the second video of a morning yoga series I am offering you this week. The idea is that you will build a small video library of morning yoga sequences from which you can choose each day.  I hope you enjoy the videos and that they help to facilitate your daily practice (sadhana)! Having a consistent daily practice is critical to your well-being.  The videos are designed for all levels from the beginner yogi to the advanced yoga when you just need to squeeze that short less than 15-minutes of yoga into your schedule. Get rid of your excuses and get your yoga on!
