- Place the cashews into a nut blender with enough water to cover them, about 1/8 of an inch.
- Puree. Add more water or more cashews to get the desired creamy consistency (thicker for a salad garnish thinner for a dish like a risotto where you want a milk-like consistency).
- Add salt to flavor.
