Ingredients

  • 1 slice thin 7 grain toast
  • 1 tbsp. Veganese
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 Avocado, sliced lengthwise, thin
  • 1 slice tomato, cut in half
Preparation
  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mix the mustard and Veganese until smooth in a bowl.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the mustard Veganese on top of the bread, followed by the avocado slices and the tomato.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve.
