7-Grain Toast with Mustard Veganese, Avocado and Tomato
Serves 1, prep time 5 minutes
- 1 slice thin 7 grain toast
- 1 tbsp. Veganese
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 Avocado, sliced lengthwise, thin
- 1 slice tomato, cut in half
- Toast the bread.
- Mix the mustard and Veganese until smooth in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of the mustard Veganese on top of the bread, followed by the avocado slices and the tomato.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
