1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mix the mustard and Veganese until smooth in a bowl.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the mustard Veganese on top of the bread, followed by the avocado slices and the tomato.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve.
