Julie Wilcox is a wellness entrepreneur and expert who specializes in helping parents and their teens reduce stress and significantly improve their lives by showing them how to efficiently integrate healthy food, yoga, meditation and exercise into their busy lives.

Julie is a former gymnast who has over 15 years of experience across nutrition, yoga, and fitness. She has a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU (2019) along with national certifications in yoga and fitness training. Julie has taught thousands of clients individually and through institutional wellness programs. Her entrepreneurial experience includes: co-founder of the Julie Wilcox Method; original co-founder and CEO of ISHTA Yoga; adjunct Professor of Health and Fitness at St. Francis College; and prolific health and wellness writer/content creator with articles and videos featured in Forbes, FoxNews, MindBodyGreen, Parade, Refinery29, and Greatist to name a few.

In addition to her MS in Nutrition, Julie completed her A.B. at Harvard College in English and American Literature and her MFA in Directing at the American Film Institute
