With over fifteen years of experience as a health entrepreneur and expert, Julie Wilcox develops and executes wellness programs for corporations, educational institutions, physicians, and individuals, helping her clients reduce stress and improve their wellbeing through nutrition, yoga, and exercise.
Julie's entrepreneurial experience includes: founder of the Julie Wilcox Method, co-founder and CEO of ISHTA Yoga, adjunct Professor of Health and Fitness at St. Francis College, and wellness writer/content creator with articles and videos featured in a multitude of publications including Forbes, FoxNews, MindBodyGreen, Parade, Refinery29, and Greatist to name a few.
Julie completed her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at NYU. She is a nationally certified yoga teacher and fitness trainer. Julie completed her A.B. at Harvard College in English and American Literature and her MFA in Directing at the American Film Institute.
