Acai Banana Bowl
Serves 1, Prep Time 5 Minutes
- 1 pack Samabazon frozen acai
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup organic apple cider
- 1/2 cup almond milk (add more for a thinner consistency)
- a few fresh strawberries and bluberries
- 1/4 cup granola (see recipe in index)
- Place frozen acai and banana in a Vitamix.
- Add the apple cider.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with the granola (recipe in index) and fresh berries.
