I was thrilled to read this piece about new research on how effective exercise is for turning back the aging clock. My yoga clients, who are serious about exercise and yoga certainly look amazing and seem to really get a lot more than just good looks out of physical activity. The people Reynolds writes about have already celebrated their fiftieth birthdays and have staved off Buddha bellies  that so many non-exercise and non-yoga devotees get slammed with in the second half of their lives.
