1. Add the banana, peach, ice and almond milk to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  4. Top with the shaved coconut.
  5. Optional for a breakfast smoothie: add low-fat homemade granola.
  6. Serve.
