Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup bulgur
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • 1 tsp Earth Balance
  1. Bring the bulgur and water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let sit for about 15 minutes, until all the water is absorbed.
  3. Fluff the bulgur with a fork.
  4. Add Earth Balance
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Serve.
