Daily Antioxidant-Rich Morning Berry and Banana Smoothie
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 6 frozen strawberries, frozen and halved
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 cup coconut water
- Splash almond milk (about 3 tbsp. or so to give it a creamy effect)
- Place all ingredients into a Vitamix.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve (optional: with Laurel’s Selfie or Vanilla Espresso almond butter on top).
