These fitness videos, each approximately 1-3 minutes, are a library of moves I use to keep my body lean and toned and that I also use to help you achieve your goals. Depending on your needs, these moves are great for overall enhanced body strength, spot toning, and cardio workouts (I have included examples of 3 full-length 30-minute cardio sessions).
