These fitness videos, each approximately 1-3 minutes, comprise a library of exercises to help you keep your body healthy and strong. Depending on your needs, these moves are great for overall enhanced body strength, spot toning, and cardio workouts (I have included examples of 3 full-length 30-minute cardio sessions).
When we work together I will customize sets and reps for your body, lifestyle, and goals.
