According to the USDA, the average adult should consume about 2 cups of fruit a day. Why? The health benefits of fruit are manifold. Fruits of all kind—blueberries, strawberries, mangos, pineapple, kiwis, oranges, grapefruits—contain tons of vitamins and minerals, a lot of fiber (which lends to a healthy gut, regular bowels, and weight control), antioxidants (which are anti-inflammatory and free-radical killing), and is fat-free while extremely carbohydrate-rich.

Fruit provides us with the energy we need to feel great all day long.
