  • 2% Low-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2-3 Fresh Figs
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey


  1. Place the yogurt in a cup.
  2. Drizzle it with honey and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Cut the figs into quarters and arrange on top of the yogurt.
  4. Add another small drizzle of honey on top of the figs.
  5. Serve.
