Ingredients

  • 1 handful pea shoots (if you can™t find these just use frisee)
  • 1 handful frisee
  • 1 small bunch hen of the woods mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Mix and plate the pea shoots and frisee.
  2. Heat a sauté pan over medium to high heat with olive oil.
  3. Add the mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Cook the mushrooms until crispy, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the mushrooms to the salad.
  6. Dress the salad with white balsamic vinaigrette.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve.
