Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup 2%milk
  • 2 dashes cardamom
  • Optional flavor add-ins: 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract; 1 tsp. peanut butter (note that the peanut butter is a caloric add-in, but increases the protein, is totally delicious and worth it if your about to burn it up)!

 

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2.  Blend until smooth.
  3.  Serve.
