Quinoa With Cardamom, Coconut And Walnuts
- 1/3 cup quinoa
- 2/3 cup water
- a few walnuts, broken
- 2-3 dashes cardamom
- 1 tbsp. fresh shredded coconut
- 1. tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Rinse the quinoa well under running water.
- Bring the quinoa and water to a boil in a small pot or rice cooker.
- Cook until the quinoa sprouts, about 15 minutes.
- Drizzle the olive oil in, add the cardamom and stir well.
- Add the coconut and fold in.
- Salt to taste.
