1.  Rinse the quinoa well under running water.
  2. Bring the quinoa and water to a boil in a small pot or rice cooker.
  3. Cook until the quinoa sprouts, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil in, add the cardamom and stir well.
  5. Add the coconut and fold in.
  6. Salt to taste.

  • a few walnuts, broken
  • 2-3 dashes cardamom
  • 1 tbsp. fresh shredded coconut
  • 1. tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
