1. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place the fennel into a baking dish.
  3. Coat the fennel with olive oil.
  4. Add a dash of sea salt.
  5. Roast for 12 minutes, until the fennel is translucent and golden at the edges.
  6. Serve.
