- 1 fennel, sliced lengthwise
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Place the fennel into a baking dish.
- Coat the fennel with olive oil.
- Add a dash of sea salt.
- Roast for 12 minutes, until the fennel is translucent and golden at the edges.
