
Sample Travel Menus
Below are a few samples of JWW meals that are quick, easy-to-make at home and great for travel. Use these meals as a guide to create your own options or choose similar ones from your appropriate JWW Food Program. Be sure not to your repeat meals and pack in Tupperware and refer to the JWW Recipe Index for how to make the meals.
Breakfast

¾ Cup Dry Fresh Homemade Granola (packed in Tupperware or a plastic bag)
Meal 2
1 Cup Mixed Berries (packed in Tupperware)
1 Granola Bar (I recommend Nature’s Valley, Kind Bar, Lara Bar, Rawnola Bar)
Meal 3
1 Instant Oatmeal Packet (make sure you can access hot water)
*Optional: 1-cup of berries (pack the berries in Tupperware)
Meal 4
Homemade Muesli (packed in Tupperware)
Meal 5
1 Slice Low-Fat Homemade Zucchini Bread (packed in Tupperware or plastic bag)
Lunch
Meal 1
Tricolore Salad (packed in Tupperware)
Chickpea or Eggplant Caponata (packed in small Tupperware)
Meal 2
Chopped Romaine, With Tomatoes, Feta, Corn, Asparagus Chickpeas, Walnuts, Lemon Vinaigrette

Baby Arugula With French Lentils and Beets
Whole Grain Crackers with Peanut Butter And Jelly

Hummus And Pretzels (homemade or Sabre makes a nice pack to go)
