Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shitake mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. tamari
  • 1 tsp. Earth Balance
  • ½ tsp. finely grated ginger
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Add the mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, soy sauce, tamari, Earth Balance and ginger to the skillet.
  4. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Serve.
