Ingredients

  • 4 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • salt
  1. Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the spinach and garlic to the pan.
  3. Saute the spinach and garlic, about 2 minutes.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Serve.
