Egg Whites With Avocado
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium to low heat.
- Pour the egg whites into the pan. Draw the edges of the egg whites in as they solidify.
- Cook until the egg whites until they are completely solid. You can place a lid on top of them to make the process quicker.
- Slice the avocado.
- Serve the egg whites with the avocado on top of or beside them.
- Salt to taste (optional: serve with a drop or two of hot sauce).
