Preparation Time
Serves 1, prep time 20 minutes


  • ½ cup mixed millet and bulgur, rinsed
  • 1cup water
  • salt
  • Earth Balance
  1. Bring the millet and bulgur to a boil in a rice cooker or saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat (if using a saucepan) and cook for 15 minutes, until the grains absorb the water.
  3. Fluff the grains with a fork. Add salt and Earth Balance. Fold in.
  4. Let the grains steam for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve.
