Steamed Millet And Bulgur
Serves 1, prep time 20 minutes
- ½ cup mixed millet and bulgur, rinsed
- 1cup water
- Earth Balance
- Bring the millet and bulgur to a boil in a rice cooker or saucepan.
- Reduce heat (if using a saucepan) and cook for 15 minutes, until the grains absorb the water.
- Fluff the grains with a fork. Add salt and Earth Balance. Fold in.
- Let the grains steam for another 5 minutes.
